Can a Catholic county clerk refuse to issue a marriage license to someone who is divorced? Under Catholic theology (IIRC), that marriage would be adultery - a sin. Lots of Baptists agree.
Can a government official impose their religious views on others? The Baptist in me says homosexual mating is sin. Period. But that would not give me the right to refuse to issue a license if the law says they are qualified.
Should an IRS official refuse to allow someone on their second marriage to file “Married filing jointly”?
For her to do what the judge demands would means she must violate Kentucky LAW.
Can a pacifist Quaker refuse to issue a CCW license?

I think we’ll all have to take stands for what is right.....I did at work and the manager told me I could not do that as the company could be sued and I would be fired.....I told her that if i saw another incident where a parent was beating his infant I would indeed butt in and if they chose to fire me I would be headed for the press immediately following.
Keep in mind all I did was yell “Hey” to the man...he stopped.
By all means, put your signature on a document proclaiming your approval of two homosexuals trading fecal material.
Sixty years ago we locked up homosexuals. Now we lock up anyone who doesn't approve.
