It seems misplaced too. If they can order anything, the sensible thing would be to order her fired. This is hard headed hard hearted arrogance and my hunch is that it will not go unanswered from Heaven.

This is a Fed case?Yep, she's defying orders by a Federal District Court judge to comply with a ruling by the United States Supreme Court. She's in contempt of court and these are the consequences.
