Patience, for now demonetization, destruction of reputation and ability to make a living are the American version of ISIS tool of choice for their enemies. They are not yet to the ISIS tactic of murder in their behavior—yet. When and if they can convince or pay somebody to start murdering people of faith it will happen.
It won't be long. Today, we have observed the first casualty of post-Christian America's persecution of Christians.
