“An arrest warrant was obtained and issued for Carlos Anthony Hollins, 20 of Waldorf. Hollins was taken into custody without incident by the Charles County Sheriff’s Office in Waldorf shortly before 9 p.m. He was charged with making threats of mass violence.”
“Court records show a peace order was issued against Hollins in April of 2014 and it expired seven months later. He was also previously charged with trespassing in 2013. Those cases have been closed.”
