With what/who’s money? Everything south of our southern border is corrupt to the core, or at least the majority of it is, and with each change of “leadership” one country after another down there turns “Venezuelan” until the next revolution. We need to seal our border and let them figure things out for themselves without our money or our troops. Can you imagine the time and cost involved in just fixing Mexico? That is if it could ever be done at all.
Failed countries are failed countries because of their governments and corruption. We could pour billions into them and nothing would change accept their corrupt leaders would just get richer.
