Now, as to the health and well being of Americans, it would greatly improve without all the third world diseases they bring in.

Plus it helps combat climate change. They are moving from tropical and semitropical climates where they don’t need to burn carbon to heat homes plus they are so poor they use energy efficient bicycles and public transportation or walking to get around. When they move north they increase their carbon footprints by living in heated and air-conditioned houses, buying automobiles and becoming members of the consumer society. Increasing the US population puts pressure on infrastructure and the electric grid, causing more carbon to be burned.

Yes, those opposing immigration are helping to combat climate change and depletion of the earth’s resources.
