A good point. He stood by and watched it go through but the tactic worked with his gullible constituents.

Rush... ....”Is anybody surprised? You should not be surprised that Obama got the votes that he wanted. And I’m gonna maintain to you right now that that was always in the cards once Chuck Schumer decided to vote against it”....

Republicans have not stopped one single thing that mattered to the people that we put them there to stop....so no this was no surprise....they’re traitors to the good people of this nation and have jumped the American ship for the Globalist Ship and the positions and wealth they will gain by staying the course they have chosen to follow......Americans do not matter and we know this all too well.

Rush clearly understood why Schumer voted no, but he added that qualifier because...?

(On second thought, maybe his vocal tone appropriately conveyed sarcasm. I’m just reading the transcript.)

All McConnell needs to do is go nuclear as his predecessor did. End game

Obviously, there was no War On Women involved here, so “nobody cares”...

The real treason was when these fools gave 0bama a blank check at the outset of “negotiations.”

I’ve re-read Article 2 Section 2 regarding the Treaty making power of the Executive, and unfortunately it does not clearly specify the process to be “Negotiate the Treaty, then we’ll approve it or not.” That is, of course, the sound policy. But the wording is vague enough to authorize a Corker abomination of “You go ahead and make a Treaty with Iran.” And as such I think our worthless Supreme Court would let this pass the test of constitutionality.

I’m totally disgusted by the corruption and incompetence endemic in our government.

Rush is right. MAKE Obama veto things...let him (and the Quislings who vote against Veto overrides) own their garbage 100%!

Article 2, Section 2, Treaty Clause:

[The President] shall have Power, by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, to make Treaties, provided two thirds of the Senators present concur...

It's vague. The best policy is "Go negotiate a Treaty, then we'll decide whether it's worth it or not." But the clause can be read to permit a Corker abomination of "Go negotiate a Treaty with Iran."

I strongly suspect our worthless Supreme Court would find this process Constitutional because of the vagueness of the clause. Just because it's stupid to give a Marxist/Muslim a blank check in the Treaty-making process doesn't make it unconstitutional.

They already have Christian blood on their hands for arming and continuing to arm ISIS(Syrian rebels).
They are all a political abomination. I feel nothing but revulsion toward our political leadership including republicans.

If he didn’t get enough Dem votes I’m sure Bendover would have voted for it.

-— What would be a surprise would be if the Republicans ever did anything to stop Obama. -—

And by “anything” you mean “ANYTHING”

I think I’m gonna puke. I guess Shumer got permission to vote no. A true portrait in courage

I guess Zippy doesn’t think the missiles can reach Hawaii

“There aren’t two sides anymore, just one, the Northeast Liberal) establishment.”

The dirty secret of American history is the northeastern establishment has controlled the banking industry, and therefore the government, since the administration of John Quincy Adams with the exception of the 8 years of Andrew Jackson. The Civil War was about economic domination of the South, not slavery.

End the Federal Reserve, return to the US Treasury issuing money backed by gold, and break up the northeastern banking cartel so financial capital is disbursed across the country instead of being controlled and exported by a few “too big to fail” Wall Street banks. You’ll see an economic renaissance in America. The current concentration of capital and wealth in the northeast favors globalism, open borders, and the end of the republic.
