I had a very busy operation, when I started we had eight registers running at peak hours with runners picking up orders for them and drink drawers, four people working fries at two different stations and a 10-12 in the grill area not counting the people cleaning. Then came Jimmy Carter, the dollar menu wars, minimum wage hikes, and you see the end results.
