Simple solution : change the sign on the locker room doors ... Call one the "Penis Locker Room" and the other the "Vagina Locker Room". If the student is too stupid to properly comprehend their correct placement; they get held back a year to retake human physiology class. Take the gender identity out of it for them -- because some are so easily confused by that -- and break it down to simple anatomy. You heard it here on FR first.
