Leviticus 20:13 enjoins the death penalty for both parties in man-on-man intercourse, and nothing in the Jewish or Christian Bibles abrogates that specific death penalty, let alone the death penalty generally.

People who do not understand that this is a separate covenant with the Hebrew people get the theology wrong, which is sad, because there is a right line of reasoning to gentile nations and it comes from the Noahide law.
The old covenant, as clearly spelled out in the book of Hebrews, is “obsolete and aging and will soon disappear.” I didn’t put that in the bible. I can’t take it out.
