He's had two brain surgeries for aneurysms. A friend of mine is a surgeon familiar with the outcome of these operations. He opined that only 5 to 10% of those having them come out completely intact, and that Joe is clearly not one of them.

He's got an obvious "shoot from the lip" impulse control problem. There's his wandering hands. And, he was none too bright to begin with.

Not what you want in a President in perilous times.

He's actually very lucky, don't most people die who have a brain aneurysm?

My husband had an aneurysm in 2000 on his main aorta. He said he died on the operating table. Thank God the surgeon brought him back, and when he had to go back to get the clamps removed; he had a zipper all the way from the top down to his pelvis, the doctor told him that he was a lucky sob
