Art somebody or other was on Fox & Friends earlier and said that Jeb has attack ads ready to go. This Art guy used to work for GWB. Oh yeah, he and the panel were all praising Dr. Carson. I think one of two things: either they want Carson to overtake Trump thinking Jeb can easily beat him, or 2) Carson is a GOPE Trojan Horse.
However, I understand and agree with your assessment of why he was elected.
Actually, everyone is looking directly at that cunning, diabolic group and rejecting them soundly.

I realize their desperation to stop Trump, but they’ll have to give people like ME, and most people reading this, a person to VOTE FOR that can match what Trump is saying and his capability to stand up to the onslaught. So far, only Cruz can match what Trump is saying, but he still hasn’t matched the way Trump has beaten down the left (in the media, in the Democrats, and in the Republican Party). Maybe Cruz could, if he had Trump’s money.

Either they don’t listen to Carson or they just hope to use him. He actually comes straight out and says Obama is trying to destroy this country. Trump does not even go that far. This is about power and who they think they can control. They can’t control Carson, but, as you say, they think Bush can beat him.
It ain’t brain surgery. Oh, maybe it is. Lobotomy anyone? Ms. Kennedy? Dr. Ben is a nice enough guy and he overcame his surroundings to achieve much but that doesn’t make him (p)residential material. He’s been to mired in medicine to have the world view I think one needs to do the job.

A Dem winning is fine with the GOPe beltway types. They will get invited to all the same parties, they just won't get to plan the menu.

That is my fear: that Trump’s inferno will burn itself out before the primary.
The GOPe will destroy TRUMP at their own peril. They might succeed in bringing him down, if they work hard enough at it. However, as the motley crew has shown in the past - they are unable to put their shoulder into anything of substance. Utter failure at the first level. If they manage to put a dent in THE DONALD, WTP would be mightily surprised. They can’t seem to do anything right, other than be complete failures. To GOPe: you might wish to make note - you might wish to rethink your strategy. There is no way in hell that this tactic will benefit you, US or your/our COUNTRY. This vote (along with countless others) will never be voluntarily given the BUSH lite. The only way this hand pulls a lever for the boy, is by cutting the appendage from the host and using the cold, dead, hand to pull that lever yourself. You fellows are asking for trouble, you fella’s have shown WTP what lies beneath your evil skins. He has been everywhere, done every interview and now - other than a few twitters and an instagram ad - we hear or see nothing of him. Maybe he is pulling back so that people don’t get tired of seeing and hearing him. I think that is a good strategy for now. Ride the wave!
Funny thing, featured first and foremost is Trumps lack of coherent agenda. He's the only one that has presented an agenda.

They have nothing...They have absolutely nothing to offer...They will all try to put a little different twist on the same old policies that have never worked in the past...Make promises they have no intention of keeping...
They were rejected en mass at the Congressional elections and will be rejected this time as well...
The people now have a choice...A choice to make American great again...
And a good agenda it is...These idiots think it is all about the Party with us...I could care less about the Party...It's the Country that tops the list with me and countless others...
The next time Trump is asked whether he will go Third Party, he should ask if the GOP-e will run a Third Party candidate if he wins the nomination.
Even if Trump does nothing wrong, human nature dictates that people tire of big time personalities quicker than others. For example, you see this in coaching. Big head strong hard chargers like Pete Carroll and Nick Saban and Jim Harbaugh - always come in strong, do some great things, then wear out their welcome relatively soon.
This is what it is. Human nature is still the most powerful force on earth. Right now, it’s all working to Trump’s favor - but the date on the calendar is not.
