Ten thousand Icelanders have offered to welcome Syrian refugees into their homes, as part of a Facebook campaign launched by a prominent author after the government said it would take in only a handful. After the Icelandic government announced last month that it would only accept 50 humanitarian refugees from Syria, Bryndis Bjorgvinsdottir encouraged fellow citizens to speak out in favour of those in need of asylum.
In the space of 24 hours, 10,000 Icelanders the countrys population is 300,000 took to Facebook to offer up their homes and urge their government to do more.

Important Question: Syrian Refugee Muslims, or Syrian Refugee Christians?
Because one group will no doubt have an easier time assimilating into icelandic culture, while the other group will not play nice with the iceland people at all.
Well, when their daughters begin to be raped by Muzzie YOUTS, they might actually regret this humanitarian impulse.
That will end when they find Shariah Law imposed on them.
Won’t be long before Iceland will be known as ragheadland north.
My small, very religious and caring, town in MN invited Somalis into the 'fold' back in the 80's.
The town is damn near wrecked now.
[ This will not end well. Its possible that some of them could be Christians, however. ]
The only way it could end “well” to a degree would be if they did that Slovakia did and say they will only take Christian Refugees.
Well, Obama is bringing them in and will not accept Christians or Yazidis and I don’t see outrage. There should be a march on what used to be our White House.
Camel’s nose under the tent flap ... and suddenly the whole camel is in the tent.
According to this wiki
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Iceland
out of the 325,000 Icelanders living there about 0.3% (or 975) of them are Muzzies.
According to this wiki
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Islam_in_Iceland
as of 2015, 0.27% (or 875) of the population is Muzzie.
One of the interesting quotes from that wiki is,
“Many Icelandic Muslims prefer not to join a formal organisation, considering their relationship with God a personal one.”
Makes you wonder what the real reason is.
There is a Muslim Association of Iceland which has about 465 members. It runs the Sunni mosque in Reykjavík with two imams. There is also an Islamic Culture Centre of Iceland that runs another mosque in Reykjavik.

You haven't seen anything yet. Read this:
The Real Refugee Crisis Is In The Future
" It is estimated that sub-Saharan Africa will have 900 million more inhabitants in the next twenty years. Of these, at least 200 million are young people looking for work. The chaos of their countries of origin will push them further north."
"That is the future. It will no more go away by itself, and by ignoring it, than the present crisis, which, devastating as it may be, pales in comparison. Europe risks being overrun in the next two decades. And as things stand, it has no plans whatsoever to deal with this, other than the military, and police dogs, barbed wire, tear gas, fences and stun grenades.
I think they drink a whole lot in Iceland. That might explain it.
That will end when they find Shariah Law imposed on them.
Or they might play Vikings and Muslims if they try to take their booze away. LOL
I hope they do not have young I hope they do not have young daughters living in their homes daughters living in their homes.
Once the desert refugees get to frozen tundra Iceland by boat, they will scurry back to their wartorn land as fast as they can paddle. One winter should just about do them in, lol. They will go stark raving bonkers. It’s easy for the Icelanders to make this offer of refuge because they know the refugees would last about one nanosecond in the frozen north.
Not enough of them, I reckon.
This will change.
Whoops! I used Siri to make that posting!
