Ben Carson and Donald Trump are tied in this poll, 23% each. I know Carson has gained support, but I think we'll have to wait and see if this one is representative, or an outlier. I think it might be sort of like the Gravis Marketing/OAN poll that had Trump at 40% nationally. Both seem a few points beyond the trends.

Rush is doing exactly what he accuses the mainstream media of doing — using polls to drive an agenda. I’ve turned off Rush, and he’s going to stay off for a while. First time (for any long length of time) since I started listening in the early 90s (although I always turn him off when he starts making love to Apple computers.)

disconnected the elite are from the people in flyover country.

The reason people like Trump is that he
Will Do Something!! to right the ship of state. Numbers out today say 71% of the American people think we're going in the wrong direction. (Only 71%!? Are the others brain dead?) Anyway, all Patriotic Americans feel Trump, Cruz, Palin and a few others will Finally Do Something when they get to Washington D.C. Not the same business as usual crap.
We're all hoping for Real change this time - back to Restoring America in many ways.
