Yeah butt...Other candidates have said generally the same thing???
What makes Trumps BS more genuine???
Because he is a billionaire, has hot weemenz around him, including his daughter he would date if he wasn’t married, and he underwrites beauty pageants, and he had a reality show at one time???
I dunno what makes him “Presidential”???

What makes ANYONE “Presidential?”
I’d say that first and foremost is a deep and abiding love of country. We see, with the present occupant, how important that is, now that it isn’t there.
Second, substantially above-average intelligence.
Third, a knowledge of how the world works, and how to get what you (which is to say, your constituents) want.
I’d say that Trump qualifies in all of these areas...and so do many others. Now, Trump’s main knowledge and experience are in business, much less in politics (though there’s some of that in business, too). He is, I think without ANY doubt, the best negotiator among all of the candidates - he does it every single day, with his own money on the line, not that of the taxpayers. I say that it is high time that someone with knowledge of how to operate OUTSIDE OF THE BELTWAY is necessary. Government is, by its very nature, highly inefficient - would it be bad to have an highly-qualified business executive in charge, someone who knows how to pick people to manage various projects, people who can make government less inefficient?
Fourth, if you can avoid being beholden to others, you have a far better shot at being an effective President. Trump made his fortune here because of this country’s laws and culture - and he doesn’t need anyone else’s money. No one can buy influence with him, because it isn’t for sale...and I can’t say that about anyone else in this race. He has everything he wants, materially speaking, and wants his children and grand children to enjoy the same. He genuinely loves his country, which gave him such fantastic opportunity.
Denigrating the fact that he has had very nice-looking wives, accusing him of wanting to engage in incest (which he somehow resists because he’s married...WTF?), and denigrating a small part of his business experience...these do not make for a persuasive argument. Oh, and Ronald Reagan was only an actor...give me a break!
Just as wars are too important to be left to the generals, so is politics too important to be left to the politicians. Jefferson said that we needed to have a revolution every 20 years or so to keep the country on the right path - and I don’t think that he meant a literal revolution, but rather a revolution of ideas. That is part of what Trump represents. Is he the perfect messenger? Nope...but neither is anyone else. We need a huge shake-up in this nation if we are to simply survive in any kind of recognizable form, and for me Trump is the embodiment of that shake-up at this time.
