You are right, saying you do not care if you are supporting a liberal in this conservative forum is very simplistic.

I was talking about your thinking. It's simplistic.

I don't think it, I know it. And there is no "before". He is as liberal now as he ever was. Those like you who are willing to support this liberal charlatan may not care (and you have made that clear) but he is very much the same liberal he has always been. He's just saying what he knows he needs to say to get you to buy into his ruse and it has worked because you have.

Ok dude.

You clearly lack even a fundamental understanding of the political machine. Ideology is totally tied to one's practical goals. It is with every candidate and in every race. Not being an ideologue is a copout.

OK dude.

You are supporting a liberal, you admit you don't care about ideology, and you have no defense for your said support so you claim to know about human nature. And that, my friend, is exactly how this country has gotten to where it is politically. Good show.

My vote's still worth the same as yours. :)

In presidential elections, this is a myth. Elections come down to a handful of swing states.

The way things look now, the GOP MUST carry Florida to win, this assumes that the Dem nominee will carry all of the states carried since 1992 plus New Mexico (which Kerry didn't win, but the rest did).

Unfortunately, the GOPe is going to use this as a reason to push Bush or Rubio right up to the end.

Not true. As a voter in the Peoples' Republik of Kalifornistan my vote is essentially worthless. K Kalifornistan will always go to the RAT candidate.

In 2008, The Kenyan defeated Juan McCain 61% to 36%.

In 2012, the Kenyan defeated Mitt Romney 60% to 37%.

These morons even voted for serial flip-flopper John Kerry over junior Bush 54% to 44%.

It is highly unlikely that, should he fool enough voters to get the Republican nomination, the fraud known as Donald Trump will fare any better.
