Right, it was all flat-as-a-pancake terrain where Hadrian's wall was built 2000 years ago and thank goodness the Chinese didn't have to deal with any rugged terrain when they built the Great Wall.

What nonsense. Nations have been securing their borders since the concept of nations was invented. That's what a nation is - a piece of land with well-defined and defended borders. Maybe if Jeb Bush had ever spent some time actually building a fence or anything else with his hands, he'd know better.
