MINNEAPOLIS The Republican that Democrats fear most isnt Donald Trump. Its Jeb Bush, with John Kasich coming on fast.
Ask members of the Democratic National Committee whom they least want to face in the 2016 presidential election, and they often joke how they hope Trump stays hot.
We are all Trump supporters, Glen Maxey, a DNC member from Texas, said with a laugh. The DNC ended its three-day summer meeting Saturday, and members see Trumps high negatives and penchant for controversy as lethal in a general election.
The insiders most respect those who have succeeded politically, and Trump has never won public office. Thats why Democrats often name as their most difficult foes Bush, a former governor of Florida and part of a family thats won three presidential elections, and Kasich, second-term governor of a key swing state, Ohio.

“Roast me! Hang me! Do whatever you please,” said Brer Rabbit.
“Only please, Brer Fox, please don’t throw me into the briar patch.”
BINGO!
1. Name recognition and family history
2. A donor and PAC base with the highest amount of stated funding at the start of the campaign
3. Policies and actions closest to how Democrats would vote, but would get a large chunk of the GOP vote, as well
These are valid ways to rate a GOP opponent for a Democrat.
Unfortunately for them, Trump throws every prior bit of calculus out the window
LMAO

Thank you - that was my first reaction. Hillary is pooping her pantsuit ... FBI criminal probe & Trump, who has the stones to call her out on it. Ed Henry noted that whenever the email subject comes up (after she screwed up with the ‘using a cloth’ to wipe her server), she now looks down & all but reads talking points on the subject out of a big notebook on her podium. He said the TV audience probably doesn’t see it, but the reporters do. Her lawyers/campaign don’t want her making any more mistakes ... she’s on thin ice. (No, I don’t think she’ll go to jail, but if it gets her out of the presidential race, I’ll call it a “win”).
They got to the punch line at the beginning of the joke?
DT needs to fight back.
I think about $50 Million funneled to a Sanders PAC right now would make his election as President almost assured.
Then the RATs need to prove it by having their rat voters cross over for Trump in the primaries where possible.
If this si true than democrats are even more stupid than I thought.
Another pitiful attempt of the lying liberal mediots trying to tell us which repubie they fear/whom we should vote for.
If you go by the number of press releases sent out by the DNC attacking Republicans, it’s Rand Paul they fear the most — http://thehill.com/blogs/ballot-box/presidential-races/246806-dems-diss-paul-bush-disregard-trump-santorum
That was as of early July anyway. Maybe it’s changed since then.
LOL, LOL, LOL!!!!! There was once a saying that went like this; “fool me once, shame on - shame on you. Fool me - you can’t get fooled again.” !!! The Dems only fear the ones they ridicule the most. The real plan is to get Jeb in so they can be victorious.
LOOL Right this is psy-ops BS
Same for Romney and probably Dole.
“Drown me! Roast me! Hang me! Do whatever you please,” said Brer Rabbit. “Only please, Brer Fox, please don’t throw me into the briar patch.”
“The briar patch, eh?” said Brer Fox. “What a wonderful idea! You’ll be torn into little pieces!”
Grabbing up the tar-covered rabbit, Brer Fox swung him around and around and then flung him head over heels into the briar patch. Brer Rabbit let out such a scream as he fell that all of Brer Fox’s fur stood straight up. Brer Rabbit fell into the briar bushes with a crash and a mighty thump. Then there was silence.
Brer Fox cocked one ear toward the briar patch, listening for whimpers of pain. But he heard nothing. Brer Fox cocked the other ear toward the briar patch, listening for Brer Rabbit’s death rattle. He heard nothing.
Then Brer Fox heard someone calling his name. He turned around and looked up the hill. Brer Rabbit was sitting on a log combing the tar out of his fur with a wood chip and looking smug.
“I was bred and born in the briar patch, Brer Fox,” he called. “Born and bred in the briar patch.”
And Brer Rabbit skipped away as merry as a cricket while Brer Fox ground his teeth in rage and went home.
And THAT my children explains why the Democrats are pretending Jeb Bush is who they least want to run against.
“To Democrats, Trump isnt top threat”
“LMAO”
Actually, to the other 16 Republicans, they too never considered Trump a threat, or took Trump seriously. Ask them if that’s still how they feel, after spending a couple of months in his sights.
Like you and others, I have NO DOUBT that the Dems are scared to death of him, and understandably have talking points to try to hide that.
“Then the RATs need to prove it by having their rat voters cross over for Trump in the primaries where possible.”
There may well be many cross-overs for Trump, but only because they want to also vote for him in November.
The Democrats true threat would be a lifelong conservative who wouldn’t take their crap and call them out on their lies. I’m not sure if that’s the Donald.
If the D’Rats want to faceoff against Trump I say we give him to them. Be careful what they wish for they just may get it.
Well, no need to worry about it then. We can just nominate Trump and Hillary can sail to victory (between court appearances). Thanks for the warning/advice. /s
