Compared to a .223 and a .45, I'd say .30 is medium. At .308, it is almost exactly in the middle.

I continue pointing out that "medium" may not be confined to .38/9mm or .40 caliber projectiles. In the absence of ballistic data, any assumptions about what the coroner meant by "medium" are useless.
