I wonder exactly where maple syrup is produced.In Canada,of course...but is it nationwide or just in Quebec and maybe New Brunswick? IIRC Vermont and New Hampshire produce it too....and maybe Maine.

Which will be a kinder, more generous socialism than the stuff going down in Canada now.

Too much syrup and you are rocking the financial boat. Maple syrup might become too cheap.
