Cruz voted for whatever he could (at the time) to lessen the extreme treason that was (AND IS) going on..

You expect he should have voted not present?.. or NO..
When the legislation WOULD PASS ANYWAY no matter how he voted..

OR just voted NO to APPEAR conservative to constituents..
WHEN he makes RIDERS and Amendments to lessen the degree of outright TREASON going RIGHT NOW.. and voted it in...

Even thought the RIDER WOULD BE IGNORED.. later..
