Too bad the Tea Party candidates that were elected weren’t real. They went to DC and turned on their constituents. They don’t do what they promised.
sad, but true. Only Tom Cotton has stood up. Joni E and Ben Sasse let us down terribly. I think when these rookies get to D.C., they are paired up with an older Senator - I know they are - and the old geezers talk crap to them and ruin them before they ever get to vote.
Some, not all. Certainly Ted Cruz, Mike Lee, Michele Bachmann and many others have not turned on their constituents.
