We don't really know what we can expect from Donald Trump yet, his past has been all over the map between conservative and lib.
Despite that, it's hard not to cheer him for his taking on the GOPe and kicking them in the groin, bringing up multiple issues that needed to be brought up, showing the GOP how they should have acted for the last decade, how to handle the drive by media, plus the bonus of destroying the candidacy of the (hopefully) last Bush.
I love all of those things, and if all he does is get the Jebster out of the race, we should all be thrilled.
Jeb is going no where. That was true before Trump, and thanks to Trump, it’s even more true today.
And yes, this is a good piece....as I said in another post, my money is on a combo of 1,2 and 3 - but #3 only in light of #1 - not what the article says about 3.
“I love all of those things, and if all he does is get the Jebster out of the race, we should all be thrilled.”
The name “Jebster” is far too nice of a name to call him given the path he wishes to lead the nation down.
I’m really for Senator Cruz. I like nearly everything about him.
If Trump gets the nomination, I can certainly vote for him-—but with some trepidation ..He has never held a political office that I know of, which could be a good thing or a bad thing.
I’m just not all in for him, yet .
I guess I’m a little ticked at those who say - if all he does is this or that. IF he goes down - then what? Who do we have to fill his shoes? They will all go back to being the wimpy, spineless bunch of do nothings as we’ve always had. Ted might be a fighter, but, he is no Trump - nor does he have the same cajones and bully pulpit that Trump has. It isn’t enough, nor is it right, for him to have to do all the heavy lifting, just so someone else can steal this from him. Nothing will change if he leaves the race - NOTHING!
