You don’t get it. They’re not paying anyone anything over $25,000. Wouldn’t matter if you won $100,000,000.00. They can’t legally pay you. And here’s a dirty little secret. There’s no legal requirement to EVER pay you.

I understood that point just fine. I was speaking in general. I would not trust the state to pay me out over 20 years.
