I have always felt that in these mass shootings there should be a drug toxicology performed ,AND the results should be made public.
From Columbine to today,especialy the shooting in Charleston,S.C.,that shooter was using a substance to wean users off opiates.If not in a program,this substance is available on the streets.
Those reports SHOULD be made public,and take the emphasis
away from the usual rhetoric of gun control,”Oh land sakes alive what,s we gonna do...”
