Computer problems. Up and running now..
Hi
I’ve been wondering for a while now...how and why is she “Unplugged”?
Thanks
Yeah, I agree. I think “unplugged” is an awful name.
Only causes Liberal wags to claim her show is sponsored by Ex-Lax.
I think she borrowed that from the old “MTV Unplugged” musical series. Little relevance.
Also that opening of hers is just about the most pretentious thing in radio history. Love ya, Rose, but
you’ve gotta quit listening to the consultants.
Fireworks is right!!!!
So glad they kept elToro! I’m really beginning to believe the Bucs won’t be a Wild Card, but a Division winner (and Kang should be Rookie of the Year).
Maybe “Unplugged” because she unplugged from her former cohost and is flying solo? IMO, w/her friendship w/Hannity, she might be hoping to be a national syndicated show soon. Not a lot of women have political shows, and Rose has a great delivery and work effort. Unplugged could be “national” easily.
That’s is funny! I wonder who (Locke?) had some fun rigging that? And you are right, Pittsburgh needs our own “Batman” back.
They’re at home against the Rockies tonight. I work til 8 every night and can’t wait to get into the car to listen on the way home—the only reason we have Comcast is for RootSports.
Let’s go Bucs!
Don’t know don’t care love her show great round table today!!
I think it might be another way to say ‘unleashed’ In other words, say what she wants, speak freely, express herself without inhibition, etc.
We’re not a real strong sports family, and usually follow the Steelers more, but I’m really regretting not being able to see the Pirate games! Thanks for keeping the reports coming!
I agree, and Rose herself has said pretty much the same thing.
.......................
SS, I can’t do cool graphics like you, but I do believe we saw a different type of cannon ball fired last night!
ElCoffee!!!
The Pirates are really coming on strong now! Fon stuff.
Thanks for your encouragement, I’ll post a game highlight every day I can to either Greg’s thread or yours.
It’s crunch time for the Buccos, September looks to be very exciting!!! 8^)
Steve Blass called Polanco “The Human Howitzer” !
It really was one heck of a throw.
Especially when you consider the average pitcher standing on the mound throws a 92-93 mph fastball. And he only has to throw it 60 feet 6 inches to home plate.
Gregory Polanco threw that ball from right field at 92.2 mph and he threw it 204.7 feet!!!
Where did Polanco get the nickname elCoffee?
