What you call Trump Derangement Syndrome is really just a recognition that he’s a conman. What would you call turning off every con-detector because a billionaire says he wants to deport illegal aliens?
This is my biggest problem with Trump supporters - rather than address the issue at hand, they stoop to ad hominem attacks and name calling.
It isn't necessary for someone to hate Trump or to support the GOPe to read Trump's previous comments or to look at his previous positions and actions and have serious doubts about him as a conservative. Perhaps his "evolution" to conservative views is sincere, but there is little by which to judge, other than by his words.
To me, it looks like the Trumpkins are the ones who believe in Hope and Change this election - they think Trump will change things, and they hope that the change will be in a conservative direction... But there is little in the way of actual actions to base such a hope on. I know many of you have chosen to set aside any doubts about Trump and ignore any contrary information that you see, and that is fine. But when you attack other conservatives who still harbor questions about his past and how that might determine his future actions, you don't win over any new supporters - you just insure that more people will stay home rather than vote for Trump if he were to get the nomination...
