As I recall, the last time Mexico threatened Texas, it did not go well for Mexico. Does Mexico want a repeat of the Battle of San Jacinto?

This is the attitude that needs a serious adjustment. The fact that Mexico thinks it can order the U.S. around, tell us how to enforce our laws, and has the gall to threaten one of our states should tell people we need to do a brake check. Mexico and all of it’s people have the same idea that they can run over the top of the stupid Americans- just as the Univision guy thought he could take over Trump’s press conference.
If we go to war with Mexico would they not be expected to evacuate all their citizens from our country?

The following is the procedure in Texas:
Who is responsible for filing the birth certificate?
The physician, midwife, or person acting as a midwife in attendance at a birth shall file the birth certificate with the local registrar of the registration district in which the birth occurs. If a birth occurs in a hospital or birthing center, the hospital administrator, the birthing center administrator, or a designee of the appropriate administrator may file the birth certificate in lieu of the physician, midwife, or person acting as a midwife in attendance of the birth.
If there is no physician, midwife, or person acting as a midwife in attendance at a birth and if the birth does not occur in a hospital or birthing center, the following in the order listed shall report the birth to the local registrar:
1.The father or mother of the child; or
2.The owner or householder of the premises where the birth occurs
If these children need a matriculas from the Mexican Counsel to prove the child was born in Texas, I assure you the child was not born in Texas. This is a scam perpetrated on Texas by Mexico.
Maybe Mexico means they’ll quit sending illegals to Texas.
