Much of the Federal gov’t is a jobs program for minorities, No white man will get this job unless he is gay. You can porn surf all day because this job has no real work for you to do except send out flyers for LBGT Pride days and Black History month.
You’re right; a lot of government hiring is just wealth redistribution to hide the failure of assimilation. Without government jobs I suspect the black unemployment rate is 90%+.
I would imagine you are expected to harangue managers to hire more tokens, though.
