Those flight control wads are amazing. Is it Hornady that has some round that groups pretty tight as well? Might as well have one big hole in a perp. That way the coroners don’t have to count all the pellet hits.
If you haven’t done so, play around with wax-filled rounds using smaller shot. Dump the shot, mix with melted paraffin and refill. Leave a little shot out to compensate for the weight gain.
I chose Horandy for my Glock. The 175 grain flex tip in .40 doesn’t clog through 4 layers of denim, and still gets 14â of penetration in calibrated ballistic gel. Wound channel is massive.
