I was listening, I did not hear any “order” by The Donald.
But I did hear a whole lot of RUDE, OBNOXIOUS, VERY BAD, NO GOOD behavior.
Decorum is not the first thought of everybody, obviously. But through it all, The Donald never blew his cool.
