I saw a picture of him, the girl and her fiancee all together with him in the middle.

They all knew each other, and I can guarantee you she rebuffed his disgusting advances and he took that as her “being racist”.

I have seen reports, as well as comments here on FR, that the guy in that picture is not the perp.
