When I listen to him explain his hearing loss, it reminds me of his mortality. The thought of waking up one day, looking forward to his program and never hearing his voice ever again...it is overwhelming.

During the Clinton regime and Obama nightmare, there were days that I got inspiration to not give up on this nation, because I heard Rush. Sure, he has flaws, but we all do. I accept him with his flaws, and if there are two friends I have never met, but trust, they are Rush and Mark.

I feel the same way. Rush has been the constant in my life for 25 years and it will be as is a part of me dies when he decides to retire.
