I know it’s an odd request, but do we have any FReepers who were shot or otherwise have experience on physiological trauma associated with being shot? I’ve been in two live fire self defense situations in my life, and I can tell you that it’s the most terrifying experience one can imagine. I don’t know how the military men and women condition themselves to it. I still have nightmares, and my incidents were 15 years ago.
