Ted Cruz was asked tonight the same question BillO asked Trump last night, if he would deport two illegal parents who have children that are American Citizens. But Cruz refused to answer it the way Megyn Kelly wanted him to. She accused him of dodging the question, but Cruz responded that the question that she and other mainstream media journalists want to ask is a distraction from actually fixing the problem of illegal immigration and then explained how to fix it.
It was awesome.
Watch:
I wish I were not electronically challenged. I have been hearing good things about OAN, or ONAN, whatever, but I have enough bafflement with fighting my WINDOWS, with their endless updates! HA!
I agree catfish...he is for himself and Big Fat ego! He is bringing up good questions but no way do I want him as President. Some of his followers here are not thinking long term. He never brings up how he will work with Congress and the House.... Just I, I, I. Remind you of anyone?

Fortunately this isn’t the Religion Forum.
Simple minds love simple arguments, whether they are pertinent or not.
Trump has been taught to work those simpletons for his TV shows, so he leads them here too.
Meanwhile back at the real world, we have a man that has been tweaking the wires on our legal machine to achieve real progress in critical areas, and these mensa candidates can’t seem to grasp it.
.
Children are wards of their parents. They can come back (if they want) when they are 18.
“Kelly totally kicked Cruzs butt tonight.”
He would not answer a very easy question about whether to deport people that have children. If they want to take their kids they may, if not they can stay with whomever they choose.
I resemble that remark, however, I never have seen Trump programming, because I was a FOX simpleton and never turned the channel. Not anymore.

Trump said it’s not the easy thing to do, but that it’s what we have to do, if we’re to be a country with laws.

You give the parents a choice. If they abandon their kids here, they are banned from ever applying for citizenship or re-entry because of child abandonment. We take the kid and put him into foster care. It’s worth it if it coincides with overturning birthright citizenship to end the problem from this point on.
I’m in 100% agreement with you! I know you’re not surprised! I thoroughly enjoyed Don Lemon and his panel! In fact, I enjoyed CNN all evening...LOL! Fox News SUX, particularly Mean Megyn! I hate to admit, I didn’t even mind Wolf Blitzeroid all that much...lol.
YES!...LOL... you’re right! WE ARE “PROTESTING” from the comfort of our home’s!
Whatever’s ailing Ailes, he can GTH and take his Megyn with him. I am done with her. She’s an overrated snot.
Forced deportation will not happen. The practical solution is to strictly enforce denial of any govt. assistance for illegals. Many will return to Mexico. Some might be able to return under certain circumstances.
Cruz made another mistake stating he’d streamline legal immigration.
Legal immigrants cause a lot of crime in this country. He is given multiple opportunities to walk back his H1B visa 500% expansion and doesn’t do it. Maybe he thinks it’s too early.
I do like what he’s doing for people facing non-violent religious persecution in this country as well as many other issues
Cruz is simply weak on immigration. If illegal and legal immigration reform is your main issue, then conservatives are going to have to swallow that bitter pill and see if he will deliver the goods in the Senate.
He said there’s bipartisan support for a few key reforms, so why wait until 2017?
I LOVE the helicopter cap on our pal Chrissy!! Too fun! Thank you for the smiles-—
“Forced deportation will not happen.”
That’s not what Dwight Eisenhower thought and one of his first acts as President was a roundup and forced deportation of illegals.
Good grief the Republican party is sure filled with gutless pansies these days. The mere mention of Ike’s deportation program would have them all wetting their pants. No wonder Mexico can take the conquer this country without firing a shot.
Would somebody explain to me what is wrong with the laws on the books? Other than that we will not enforce them? What is there, exactly, that even needs to be “streamlined”.
In the war years, America took in gazillions. It was orderly, it was safe, it was even healthy, as each were examined at Ellis Island before dispersed in country, and they had to have a sponsor for a job! They were good immigrants, hard workers, civilized and most seemed to be at least marginally religious, others were devout.
WTH has happened to our immigration system of order and law and timing and numbers and consideration of OUR needs?
If you don’t know, I’m not going to tell you.
Don’t do the Perry/Rubio thing please.
There is an answer to the wall — you put America first. You make the wall physical (secure border), you make it electronic (e-verify), you make it economic (shrink the welfare state and reform the visa programs).
Obama is never going to go for #3, but a veto proof majority on #1 and #2 can be done now while it’s a hot issue the majority of Americans support!
We conservatives are playing into the GOPe and Democrat hands. They want us arguing with one another over candidates instead of uniting and pushing Congress to get this illegal immigrant and visa reform going NOW!
Ask Ted Kennedy.
Come to think of it, Ted Kennedy was involved in pretty much everything I can't stand.
We have Obama cornered right now, believe it or not. His entire legacy will be erased if there is a Republican president elected willing to do it. That's leverage we're wasting arguing over Trump versus Cruz versus Walker.
All I'm thinking about is Obama's third term via Biden. If you think the Obama years are bad, wait until he gets another four or eight. We need to get our collective bodies in gear, stop playing the media fed gotcha games with our candidates, and start fighting for our kids and grandkids.
Put the pressure on Congress to pass the legislation both parties agree with -- that's the solution. Get the e-verify legislation going. Get the visa reform going. Do it now, and we can get back to enforcement and dismantling the welfare state with a conservative as president.
