Actually, I think that Rick Wilson has a point here. Trump does seem to be creating a personality cult where his supporters don’t even seem to care what they are supporting providing he attacks the people they don’t like. I feel a little bit like a German citizen in the early 1930’s watching normally rational conservatives start to cultishly follow a strong leader that they thought would fight back and stop the communists.
Seriously if I had to pick a political philosophy for Trump I would say that it is fascism for the following reasons. 1. His support of and past involvement in crony capitalism. 2. His movements emphasis on a strong leader and a almost mystical belief that he can fix things almost without caring what his beliefs or idealogy is. 3. A nationalism that is starting to push into the overtly rascist and nativist realm. 4. A delight in watching him personally demean and attempt to destroy anyone who opposes him. Finally 5, a lack of any concern for the constitution or the separation of powers.
Amen to your post!
Fascism or Monarchism.
Fascism? The simple fact of the success of his offspring should tell you otherwise. America is doomed because patriotism is being relabeled as fascism and racism. Trump is masterful at grabbing opportunity and using people’s emotional response to his benefit. His attacking style is what is needed to beat back the evil that is destroying America.
Bkmk

It IS our country.
We don’t HAVE to allow it to be overrun with illegal aliens.
The Nazi-card....you sound like a leftist.
“3. A nationalism that is starting to push into the overtly rascist and nativist realm.”
WTH does that mean?
Admirably, you have a fertile imagination.
I would though, question your choice of fertilizer.
I’ve seen little interest in the constitution from Trump. There’s no talk of restoring liberty and restraining government. Forth amendment, no use for that. Trump is about Trump.
