“Whaaat? He actually said that? That Clinton was the best President in his lifetime?
Was he HIGH?”
Well, to hear his fans tell it, that would be an example of a “brilliant, nuanced, business-centric, situational assessment based on the conditions at the given time.”
I agree that Trump is useful, no matter how unreliable he may be as a candidate. Have you noticed that Cruz has become much more vocal on the subject of illegal immigration since Trump brought it to the forefront? He's also forced the pro-amnesty GOP candidates like Rubio and even Jeb to tone their pro-illegals rhetoric down, which may not be such a good thing because it gives them more of a chance to fool voters.
Hillary! is his master. He’s in it to wound or drive out any potential threat to her. He’s like an unwanted guest who comes in, leers around, eats all the snacks, puts his feet on the furniture and doesn’t flush the toilet then runs third party because the homeowners insulted him.
Just to be clear, the GOPe is disgusting.
Trump knew he was living in the land of the Uni-Party. Horribly smart.
Not really.. Cruz has always been vocal about the border issue. He's just more cerebral in the presentation.
its discouraging that so many are so blind to the truth....
Trump is a rat, and donated big money to Hitlery and her slush fund....he hates the Bushes.....he hates conservatives...
he is not presidential material, not even close....
but go ahead freepers....you voted Clinton in when you voted perot, and you voted in bammey when you refused to support Romney...
now you'll give us Hitlery.
How? Seriously, tell me how President Trump reduces the funding to Mexico. The only way he CAN is by using TPA (oh wait, conservatives hate TPA) or forcing it through Congress. It’s quite possible that with his cozy relationships with senior democrats he could indeed form a bipartisan commission to carry out his plans. I sure would like to hear the straight-talking, no nonsense candidate SAY that, though.
Now if Trump has said something along the lines of “I will, without exception, enforce the laws we have now and use the funds appropriated by Congress already to build the wall” I would be behind that 100%. If he said “I will veto any funding measures that come to me without appropriations for building the wall”, I would be ok with that.
Right now, though, Mr. Trump is just chumming the waters without any demonstrable proof that he has any idea how to enact his great plans.
Was he HIGH?
No, not high (by all accounts, Trump doesn't touch drugs or alcohol), just a liberal democrat.
I have always said that my support for Bush and No Child Left Behind was wrong. It was meant with the best of starry eyed intentions but was a nightmare of Federal bureaucratic over-reach.
I’ve also been unwavering of my support of the invasion of Iraq. My regret here is that Bush didn’t push through a formal declaration of war (we had the votes) and didn’t veto more social spending issues when we were at war. Also, the senior DoD leadership didn’t listen to the troops in-country.
Where in Donald Trump’s book?
Book: Think Like A Champion
Chapter: 1
Unlike the Bush GOPe, who are worse than liberal Democrats, because they lie about being Republicans.
Well, to be fair, to hear his fans tell it, ANYTHING would be an example of such a brilliant assessment. Heck, tp hear his fans tell it, when Trump makes two conflicting statements in the same interview, BOTH statements are brilliant assessments of the conditions at the given time.
He's quite the remarkable man -- things become brilliant by the mere fact of him saying them.
I agree. Being a faux conservative who lies about being a Republican IS a disqualifying factor in a GOP presidential candidate. That's why I am not going to vote for Bush. It's also why I'm not going to vote for Trump.
I was referring to the other person about being busted. I just added you to remind you of the full context.
Try to understand this: Congress allocates funds. Period. Full stop.
The only control Bush, or Obama, or Clinton, or a mythical President Trump has over funding allocation is the power of the veto.
This is why I get so irritated when Presidential candidates talk about “i will create jobs”, “I will cut off funding to Planned Parenthood” “I will expand Medicare” etc etc. It’s all bullshit.
Fully kidding here!
I can’t trust a man (or woman) who doesn’t have a favorite bourbon.
Now.. back to serious debate! :P
See if you can refute the “GOPe Roadmap To Victory” treehouse challenge.
Makes you see what Trump is doing.

Hello. Earth to Donald. - Bill Clinton put himself in a VERY ignorant & dangerous position to be BLACKMAILED by a foreign power or powers with his dalliance with a girl under his authority. - To this day; we don’t know that he wasn’t blackmailed. - Scratch Donald.
