We’d need picture ID cards with a breakdown of black, hispanic, Islander, Native American, all the little distinctions on the census form, to sort it all out and really be fair. The ID card would state how many shares, or votes, you got. Pure Native American would be at the top, “white” at the bottom (not Caucasian because Spanish and Mexicans and Arabs are, technically, all “Caucasian”)

Remember, blacks have a hard time getting photo ID’s so they can vote, so this whole thread is pointlesss.
