I saw a couple of guys in a fairly upscale suburb of Baltimore recently with a conventional backyard grill on the parking lot of a strip mall and a hand-drawn sandwich board propped by the roadside. Apparently no public officials had yet tried to make them contain their aroma. That was in Florida.

When I saw that video of those guys in Florida, I felt like signing them up for the BBQ sauce of the month club and sending them a huge smoker so they could do brisket non-stop and piss off their neighbor.
