stephanopoulos grills trump: ‘i still haven’t heard the specifics’
Breitbart ^ | August 23-, 2015 | Pam Key

Sunday on ABC’s “This Week,” host George Stephanopoulos grilled Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump on his plan to deport the estimated 11 million illegal immigrants.

Exchange as follows:

STEPHANOPOULOS: From the American action conservative group they say the federal government would have to spend roughly $400 billion to $600 billion to address the 11.2 million undocumented immigrants. Each immigrant would have to be apprehended, detained, legally processed and transported to his or her home country, in turn this would shrink the labor force by 11 million and reduce the real GDP by 1.6 trillion dollars. Are you willing to pay that price and where are you going to get the money?

TRUMP: First of all they’re wrong and Jeb Bush is a low energy person and wouldn’t be able to do it. He says they come as an act of love. People coming and many of them you look at what’s happening with the crime, many of them are really causing tremendous problems and they would be out really fast. Immediately.

STEPHANOPOULOS: Mr. Trump. they’re saying $406 billion and would require big government apparatus to take everybody down. If you don’t think those numbers are right how much will it cost and where will you get the money.”

TRUMP: It’s costing us $130 billion a year and that’s peanuts compared to what the real cost is, George. The way we have it now. You have so many illegals. We don’t even know how many. I hear 11 million. I hear 30 million. The government has no idea. We have lost control of our country. We’ve lost control of our borders. The government has no idea how many illegals are here. I’ve been hearing 11 billion for five years then I heard 30. nobody has any idea.”

After the report I saw by Bill Still on Ted Cruz’s wife and her background, I won’t be supporting him either along with the rest of the RINO lineup.

Cost = $ZERO. Just fine anybody hiring an illegal $1 million per day per employee and get out of the way as they all run home.

Well, if an alternative is offered that is sufficiently stern, and ENFORCED, Mexico would be most pleased to assume the costs.

Simple answer - annex Mexico as a territory of the newly reinvigorated United States, and administer it as Puerto Rico is now administered. The basic legal code would have to be changed to be compatible with the current US Code, disposing of the ancient civil law system. Mexico’s civil law system is derived primarily from Roman law as set forth in the compilation of codes and statutes of the Emperor Justinian, called Corpus Juris Civilis, and later refined in the French or Napoleonic Code of 1804.

If this alternative were offered to Mexico, they would quickly see the threat to their way of life, and even their identity, would be swept away, and if the natural reluctance to change that exists among the Mexican ruling class may be counted on, they will waste no time in agreeing.

“His speech at Mobile, AL was an unmitigated disaster.”

You seem to be posting this same stuff on every thread. The speech in Mobile was great, Trump’s numbers continue to rise.

In the real world Hillary’s personal poison dwarf would be a tour guide at the Clinton Library. I’ll never understand how ABC got away with it when they made this midget their Chief Political Correspondent...

Here is a plan to deport those millions of illegals (the majority of which are from Mexico):

1.) Inform the Mexican government that every illegal that is apprehended in the United States will automatically result in a fee levied against Mexico, payable by their government, of $100,000 USD for Mexican adults, $200,000 for minors (due to the increased expenses of child care, medical needs, etc).

2.) That fee will accumulate interest at the rate of 20 percent per month, for every month it remains unpaid by the Mexican government. When the fee is paid in full, the illegal will be returned to Mexico.

3.) While in custody within the United States, illegal aliens will be housed in FEMA camps (might as well put those conspiratorial facilities to work) and NOT subject to any Constitutional protections because THEY ARE NOT CITIZENS.

4.) If necessary to enforce the above payment of fees and deportation of illegals back to Mexico, a total and complete halt to any and all economic exchanges and trade between the U.S. and Mexico will be implemented. All air travel will be banned. No transportation permitted across the border. All Mexican assets in the United States will be subject to seizure. Diplomatic relations will be curtailed to minimal levels. All U.S. companies will be prohibited from engaging in any business relations with any Mexican business entity.

5.) Any and all smugglers of narcotics from Mexico into the United States will be considered terrorists, subject to execution upon apprehension, no legal proceedings, and buried in unmarked graves.

6.) If Mexico does not comply and refuses to pay the above fees and penalties, the United States will reserve the right to deploy and enforce a complete Naval blockade of all Mexican ports on the Pacific coast and the Gulf of Mexico. Trading partners of Mexico will be advised that their continued trade may result in economic sanctions and inclusion of THEIR nations in the U.S.-instituted Mexican embargo.

7.) Inform Mexico that all energy resources held by PEMEX may without warning, be considered part of the U.S. Strategic Petroleum Reserve and subject to being seized by military force.

That ought to put the fear of God into them.

Why be interviewed by someone as biased as Stephanopolous, he is literally owned by the Clintons. He has to give money to the Clintons, he pays them tribute for crying out loud. He should stop claiming to being a reporter and just work for Hillary.

Mr. Stephanopoulos, you haven’t heard the specifics? As you seem to me to be an employee of the Clinton campaign, someone there must have made you aware I have released a written, specific plan. You must not have read it, and this should be a requirement for you to even ask a question like you just asked.

As to the costs, what does it cost with 11 million illegals in our country, not only being tolerated, but in many cases participating in our welfare programs, swelling the numbers in our jails, exacerbating the costs of our drug enforcement initiatives, and occupying positions that legal Americans could occupy? You haven’t heard specifics on that either, because our government doesn’t know, or care to know.

Once employers are fined for hiring them, many of them will go back the way they came. I don’t see a huge cost to that. The cost reductions by virtue of this could be staggering. We won’t have to “round them up”, not all of them. I’m a business man, I’m used to devising methods to cut costs. That’s what my immigration plan is, it’s a cost cutting plan.

“They will either self-deport or the revenue from the fines can pay for the enforcement of the law.”

Yeah, we just need to enforce existing immigration and labor laws. This pipe dream that somehow each sorry-assed illegal gets his day in court is BS! Just cut off the incomes and they will go home. Don’t know what Mexico will do but it’s time they dealt with their own citizens on their own soil. A bunch of their “legislators” from the Mexican State of Sonora ( which borders on AZ) went to Tucson to complain that they didn’t know what they would do if substantial numbers of their citizens were forcibly repatriated. No jobs, no schools, etc. Their first move might want to be kicking the Pope out of the bedroom and providing free birth control to their citizens.

Trump goes into these interviews completely unprepared and it shows.
Yeah really. He needs to be prepped for these events by an army of handlers who are holding in their hands the results of polls and focus groups. We need our next president to be more teleprompter-friendly. It’s the OPTICS darn it. He needs to chase the OPTICS! That’s how a leader needs to be.

Yeah, that's it! We need to be more consistent, we need to elect who we're told to vote for by the UniParty, America needs more do-nothing Presidents that talk-and-talk-and-talk-and-talk and just regurgitate what their advisers and consultants have poll tested before hand, the TOTUS is supreme!! All hail the scripted spew from who ever is appointed by our political elites!!

...Time for Ted Cruz to move to the head of the pack...

He’s had every opportunity. Nobody’s going to do it for him. But, like all the others who want to knock Trump off, they either are attempting to adopt his hot buttons, or are sitting and spinning, or both.
