Read on, Read off, etc. Has anyone actually come up with something she signed yet? My guess is no such document exists so she can claim that she “didn’t know” any of the stuff was classified since it “wasn’t marked.”
You forget, these people are trained lawyers, which half the time is used to get around the law, no obey it.
By the time the FBI is done with the investigation, it won’t matter. Even if all the prosecution does it prove she was too stupid to know, that seals her fate. And it’s all about 12 jurors, a judge, and lawyers in the courtroom and the press. The division of the FBI that is doing the investigation investigates of all things is espionage. So I think this a lot more than storing top secret documents on an unsecured server.
