Donald Trump has said he uses the law to accomplish what he wants.

Morally right or wrong doesn't make a difference.
He's using the law.

Of course the people with anchor babies are using our law to their benefit.
And collecting food stamps and Medicaid and housing and...

not that there's anything wrong with that, because they're only using the law too.

If he wins the republican nomination, donald trump will be a terrific president, who will not be able to change the law all by himself.

Of course he could always write executive orders, it's the law, so I'm sure he will.

And the Senate and the House love illegals (no matter what party they come from) so I'm sure the laws won't ever change.

In the end, Trump will be able to truthfully say that it's not his fault when the illegals are still flowing in.

The reason why I posted this is not because I dislike Trump.

Heck, if it boils down between Trump and Bush or Kasich, I’d take Trump.

However, the Kelo decision on eminent domain, which Conservatives ( even here in FR ) denounced was authored by Justice Souter.

Trump supported Souter’s decision.

The relevance of this thread is something no reporter has ever asked Trump at all? WHAT IS HIS CRITERIA FOR APPOINTING A JUDGE OR JUSTICE OF THE COURT?

I hope it won’t be another one like Souter.

I don’t understand why you think Trump wouldn’t be able to change the law all by himself. Obama does all the time.
