A conventional attack should be last. The Israelis should be tearing Iran apart right now with unconventional attacks. And hopefully ones with plausible deniability.
Right now they should have hundreds of saboteurs in country, that on command should be able to knock out Iran’s power, water (dams), food, communications, transportation, and throw its cities into chaos.
If they want to launch a conventional attack, *that* is when to do it.
Massive campaigns like that will unify the Iranian people. Shutting down power, water, and food would be a poor choice.
Making the nuclear plants have a cooling accident would be better. The local people would know they are not the target.
If you want a low grade theater wide war fought with irregular units on both sides, start attacking civilian infrastructure. That is a very hard genie to put back in the bottle.
