An accident.

With the lax enforcement of the laws in China, public safety is an issue.

And of course official corruption undermines the rule of law.

They’re inextricably intertwined.

Onmy thread about this explosion earlier today it was so funny I had people on the thread who swore business don’t need anyone to make sure that they conduct business safely and then we got people saying that the cause was slip shod safety and business practices. It was enough to give a guy whiplash!
