I think Obama isn’t disappointed in the decision. I’m pretty sure the President has near unlimited authority to detain illegal aliens.
Why not just set bail amounts for release? I know 90% of them probably will not be able to pay, but many of them are flight risks.
This was win for Obama. He can now release them into neighboorhoods without deporting them.
