No argument here - your graph captures the situation for any who are willing to live in the real world.
There are far too many who believe what they see from Hollywood is the real world...GI Jane, and a 120 lb. beauty who can whip 10 armed men with her bare hands.
The long term ramifications of this are disturbing. But I don't see the process being reversed by anyone, military or civilian, until broken rules long written in blood result in a degraded force that will be unmasked in a crisis.
