Michael Yon posted that picture on his facebook page just now, reporting is still fluid, apparently.
Per the video, the guy in the middle yelled “Go!” and “Spencer” (apparently the closest) led the way. The guy who yelled followed, along with the black guy. The three of them, along with the fourth (British) guy, subdued the gunman; the guy who yelled, took the AK and cleared it.Spencer was wounded and not shown in the picture.
