I hope and pray to God you're right, but I don't really know yet what Trump means by "replace", just like I don't know what he meant by that dissonant-sounding ‘women’s health issues’ statement.
Obamascare is a cancerous tumor that needs to be cut out and removed, but that malignant growth is but symptomatic of the Federal power disease itself. "Replacing" Obamascare with some other unconstitutionally empowered Federal program sending swarms of officers to harass us and eat out our substance would not be freedom either.
