The recently unveiled Richag-AV electronic warfare system is designed to jam radar systems in a range of several hundred kilometers, so as to render opponents radio-electronic guided weapons systems inoperable.
Russians tried giving the Iraqis GPS jammers prior to Shock and Awe. They didn't work so well.
