How can illegals and their offspring be under the jurisdiction of U.S. when the U.S doesn’t know who they are here, don’t know where they are, don’t know where they are from, and certainly don’t know what they are doing???

When they commit crimes, are they sent over to their countries of origin, or are they tried in the US courts?

If the US does not have jurisdiction over illegals, they should be sent packing as soon as the crime occurs, rather than try them in the US courts. Diplomats, whom the US does not have jurisdiction over, are sent packing should they involve themselves in a crime.

Not only that, but the feral goobermint does not even try to exercise jurisdiction over them. It allows them to break laws with impunity by ignoring crimes and “catch and release.”
